Herer Technical and Vocational Center
Herer technical and vocational training is a voluntary, non-profit and non-political organization established in 2016 by a group of young people to serve for sharpening the skills of young counter-parts.
The aims of Herer is to encourage the technical and practical skills so that youth is employed and country’s economic is uplifted.
Herer Technical schools is now a Community-led school with the largest & equipped compounds owing 5 Workshops, 3 designed Class-rooms and Administration Block including meeting room across Somaliland and offers various courses for Technical Schooling and aspires to be home for Technical and Practical in Somaliland.

Herer’s Mission is to provide the highest practical sessions in Somaliland for technical schooling and through quality training program well delivered by competent and dedicated training staff by the use of the advanced equipment and facilities.
Our vision
Herer Technical and Vocational Training envisions itself to be the leading Technical school in Somaliland by providing diverse highly needed courses to Somaliland youth and fill the gap of bringing foreigners for technical needs who shall be a part of the country’s pride and growth through their contribution to the economic development and nation building.
